Responsibilities
Financial Performance & KPI Analysis
- Able to analyse monthly financial performance of assigned business units, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs; develop dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Analyse business drivers, identify trends, and highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Partner with business leaders to support execution
- Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead performance review discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support business initiatives through cost-benefit analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
Data Analytics & Process Improvement
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Excel) to automate reporting and improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Review and enhance existing BI and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of external audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Well verse with Power BI
