Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Temenos T24 Core Banking solutions to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing business needs, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Temenos T24 Core Banking solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Temenos T24 functionalities and processes.

• 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in Temenos T24 Core Banking system and its modules.
