Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across large-scale, complex projects in Agile, product-centric environments.
2. Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and prototyping sessions.
3. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Drive discovery phases, including problem framing, solution ideation, and rapid prototyping to validate concepts.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and UX designers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
6. Develop and maintain documentation using BPMN, UML diagrams, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
7. Support implementation within Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring compliance with standards.
8. Apply advanced data analysis techniques to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.
9. Integrate AI tools and concepts into business processes and solution designs where relevant.
10. Champion Agile testing practices (TDD, BDD, exploratory testing, shift-left) and ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile and product-driven environments.
2. Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure platforms.
3. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management for large-scale systems.
4. Proficiency in BPMN, UML, enterprise architecture frameworks, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
5. Experience in data analysis, Agile testing methodologies (TDD, BDD), and working knowledge of AI tools and concepts.
