Senior Business Analyst, Remittance

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service including cold calling in order to promote remittance services
• Quoting and dealing rates with customers
• Resolving remittance issues with customers
• General administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Economics or related field
• Preferred at least 2 years working experience with a Remittance company
• Passionate about sales, self- motivated and driven to succeed
• Work well with numbers and familiar with Microsoft Excel and FX dealings;
• Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an added advantage
• Perform KYC and CDD for corporate onboarding
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers
• On-the-job training may be provided (FX sales, settlement and cross-border payments)
• Able to achieve sales targets (commission scheme might be implemented)
• Quick-thinking and can work independently with minimum guidance
