Senior Business Analyst, Regional Strategy

The Senior Business Analyst will support the Senior Manager, Business Development in shaping and executing regional strategic initiatives. This role is focused on delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support strategy development and enable informed decision-making across the region.

The position requires strong application of structured strategic frameworks and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. The analyst will work closely with business and functional stakeholders to translate market, business, and geopolitical intelligence into practical outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply structured strategic frameworks to support regional strategy development.

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and geopolitical analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Translate macroeconomic and geopolitical developments into business impact assessments and actionable recommendations.

• Develop high-quality executive materials, distilling complex analysis into clear insights and well-structured recommendations for senior leadership.

• Build robust business cases, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business teams to identify priorities, challenges, and opportunity areas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.

• Support the design and execution of regional leadership forums.

• Contribute to regional growth programs, including organic growth initiatives, M&A assessments, footprint optimization, and cost-efficiency efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or in a corporate strategy / business analysis role with exposure to consulting methodologies.

• Strong understanding and practical application of strategic frameworks.

• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and decision-oriented recommendations.

• Experience in delivering high-quality presentations and executive materials.

• Experience developing business cases, including financial and scenario analysis.

• Exposure to or interest in geopolitical and macroeconomic analysis and their business implications.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with high attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
