Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance products such as life, general, health, or bancassurance, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business needs.
Work closely with stakeholders (underwriting, claims, policy administration, actuarial, and IT teams) to translate business requirements into functional specifications and BRDs/FRDs.
Perform gap analysis between existing insurance systems and proposed solutions, supporting digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating business workflows (policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, claims), and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
Analyze insurance data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance standards.
