• Total experience of 10+ years
• Experience working as a business analyst in the insurance operations side
• Strong and deep understanding of how insurance operations work
• Ability to work and understand on performance metrics at both regional and LBU level
• experience of working with data and AI teams to come up with insightful dashboards for senior leadership
• excellent communication skills in English
