We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong data analytics expertise to join our team on a The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis and support decision-making through insights and reporting.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
- Support project delivery, testing, and implementation activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Data Analytics professional.
- Mandatory experience in the Private Equity domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.

- Avoid candidates with frequent job changes (less than 1 year per role).
