Senior Business Analyst

Our client is a leading technology solutions provider delivering software and digital solutions to organisations across diverse industries. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex digital initiatives and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse processes, data, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Support prototyping, testing, UAT, delivery, and go-live activities.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and coach junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, Miro, and SQL.
• Experience in design thinking, prototyping, or user research is an advantage.
