Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a complex, multi-stakeholder technology program. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in requirement analysis, functional documentation, system interface alignment, and cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand, validate, and document user, system, and business requirements.
- - Assist in identifying necessary customizations based on business needs.
- - Design functional solutions, workflows, and conceptual documentation.
- - Facilitate communication during requirement gathering, design, reviews, and approvals. Documentation & Design Governance
- - Review FSD, TSD, ISD, Configurations, E2E mappings, and ERD documents.
- - Review RTM to ensure full requirement coverage.
- - Document communications and clarifications across project phases.
- - Support design change management ensuring all updates are reflected. Testing Support & QA Alignment
- - Assist in preparing and reviewing test cases and sanity runbooks.
- - Consolidate technical Q&A responses into deliverables.
- - Track and drive closure of QA items.
- - Facilitate discussions to resolve technical queries and obtain sign-off. Interface Connectivity & System Integration
- - Align integration protocols and system interface requirements with stakeholders.
- - Prepare and maintain the Interface Register.
- - Consolidate evidence of interface connectivity from surrounding systems.
- - Document integration aspects including SOD/EOD, ACK/NACK, and protocols.
- - Consolidate ping test evidence across environments. Data & Migration Alignment
- - Provide high-level functional-technical support on data migration.
- - Consolidate results and findings for reporting to the Project Manager. Domain Expertise & Continuous Improvement
- - Develop deep understanding of business domain and system architecture.
- - Support continuous improvements and best practices. Requirements
- - 58 years of Business Analysis experience in large-scale IT or financial services projects.
- - Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, interface design, and testing lifecycle.
- - Experience with cross-functional teams, vendors, and integration partners.
- - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- - Ability to work in fast-paced environments and resolve technical issues.
- - Must be currently based in Singapore.
