Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support global Cash Management and Payments systems, with a focus on functional analysis, Agile delivery, and testing to ensure high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Must have 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking IT;
- Strong expertise in Payments Systems (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, HV payments);
- Must have hands-on experience with Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement;
- Strong knowledge of payment lifecycle and R-messages;
- Extensive experience in SIT, UAT, SDLC, and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle);
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience with stakeholder management.
Desired Skill-set
- Automation of Test cases using SOAP UI / Selenium and other automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional analysis across Front-to-Back banking processes;
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements;
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios;
- Design and execute SIT/UAT test cases; manage defect triage and resolution;
- Work in Agile/Scrum setup as Business Analyst and Scrum Master/P Groom epics and stories; ensure traceability and quality delivery within sprints;
- Provide payments domain expertise (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, clearing & settlement Coordinate with global stakeholders, interface teams, and vendors;
- Support solution design, change impact analysis, and project controls;
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
