We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Banking Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Finance Transformation. The role involves leading ALM, FTP, Profitability, and Regulatory Reporting implementations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders in large banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk & Finance transformation projects ( $1M SGD)
- Manage full SDLC lifecycle from requirements to production go-live
- Drive ALM, FTP, Liquidity Risk (LCR/NSFR), IRRBB, and Profitability solutions
- Perform impact analysis for COA, GL, product, and data model changes
- Work with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and IT teams
- Ensure delivery of MAS / Basel regulatory reporting requirements
- Manage batch operations, issue resolution, and data reconciliation
- Prepare FSDs, test cases, UAT/SIT support, and project documentation
- Improve BAU processes through automation and performance tuning
