Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy administration systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to support digital transformation and system enhancements.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder communication, and support successful delivery of insurance technology projects.
