Job Description:

Develop strategic initiatives, from early idea to experimentation, and align resources across Monee, Shopee, and other group organizations.
Own key workstreams such as financial, lending performance analysis, mechanism designs, customer segmentation, market sizing, or others.
Build financial models and forecasting tools to support new initiatives and business cases.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across broad fintech spaces.
Translate complex data into insights and communicate them to senior stakeholders
Collaborate across functions, including product, risk, operations, marketing, and finance
Prepare executive materials for high-level forums such as board meetings and business reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
Passion for fintech, and a genuine curiosity to get to the root of the issues.
Proven track record in complex problem solving, qualitatively and quantitatively.
Clear, structured communicator with stakeholder and project management experience.
Self-starter comfortable with pace and ambiguity high ownership and bias for action.
