Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Core Banking.
Understanding of ISO 20022 and its implications for payment messages, data requirements, operating processes, and business transformation.
Understanding of Finastra GPP, or experience supporting payment system implementation, modernization, business design, or requirements analysis using GPP.
Experience in payments system modernization, Payment Hub implementation, ISO 20022 adoption, domestic transfer modernization, or payments operations transformation.
Experience in business requirements definition, Fit-Gap analysis, target-state process design, issue management, UAT support, and business migration support.
Experience leading client workshops, business interviews, stakeholder coordination, and consensus building.
Strong ability to create client-facing deliverables, executive materials, and project management documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
Structured problem-solving skills, strong issue management capability, and effective client communication skills.
