Join us as a Business Analyst in Singapore and bridge business needs with technical solutions. Collaborate with clients, developers and testers to gather requirements, define specifications and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, documenting needs and objectives
- Develop process flows, user stories and use cases for system design
- Prepare and review SIT and UAT test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Create and maintain functional and report specifications for development teams
- Clarify requirements with clients and align business expectations with system capabilities
- Collaborate with development teams to implement agreed specifications
- Prepare SQL queries for development, data validation and analysis
- Support UAT and production issue resolution with development and testing teams
Requirements
- Strong experience in business requirement gathering and documentation
- Ability to create process flows, user stories and functional specifications
- Knowledge of SIT and UAT testing processes and test case preparation
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data
- Understanding of REST APIs and API documentation tools such as Swagger
- Familiarity with JSON structures, elements and data types
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile or project-based environment
