Brief Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in cash management solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to drive standardization in processes while enhancing the effectiveness of payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize requirements and reduce customizations across application functions.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the cross-border payments domain to enable seamless end-to-end payment flows.
- Assist in the development of to-be processes that support digitization and standardization of product offerings.
- Provide regional and global solutions by leveraging expertise in cash management and understanding the banking application landscape.
- Maintain current knowledge of application features and processes to serve as a subject matter expert.
- Understand domestic payments landscapes in APAC and the configuration impacts on system functionality.
- Guide the business in articulating their requirements clearly and advise on the effective use of applications without customization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on cash management domain in Banking industry
- Experience in regional/global system implementation in international banking, covering the entire project lifecycle from conception to post-production support.
- Knowledge of payments and collections products, including cross-border and domestic solutions.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
