Key Responsibilities

Lead EMS platform transformation initiatives by coordinating vendors, technology teams, and controls to ensure compliant and timely delivery.
Perform gap analysis by comparing current execution workflows with future state capabilities to drive continuous improvements.
Support integration design using APIs and FIX, enabling connectivity across brokers, markets, and internal systems.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 7 years business analysis experience in capital markets with strong, proven trading systems exposure.
Deep knowledge of execution management systems, order lifecycle, and trading workflows within wealth management environments.
Hands-on experience with APIs, including REST, HTTPS, and FIX, for low latency system integrations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights.
Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
