- Evaluate enhancement requests related to FX, money market, and treasury operations.
- Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to propose effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed specifications, effort estimates, project plans, test scenarios, and release documentation.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Manage monthly releases in alignment with defined milestones for analysis, development, and testing.
- Support and maintain the production release roadmap.
- Incidents and Requests Management (Business Users & IT Teams)
- Provide Level 3 application support with strong business analysis expertise.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and defects.
- Enhance and optimize operational processes for better efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members when required.
Qualifications and Profile
- At least 6 years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst, specifically in back-office functions.
- Hands-on experience with Calypso versions v8 to v18.
- Strong expertise in Static Data, Workflows, Scheduled Tasks, Confirmations, Settlements, Messaging/SWIFT, Positions, Accounting, Corporate Actions, Filters, Reporting Framework, and Reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., FX, Money Market) and the full trade lifecycle.
- Experience in regulatory reporting processes.
- Proven experience integrating Calypso with external systems.
- Practical experience in implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience handling non-regression (NR) scenarios.
- Willingness to provide Level 3 support when required.
- Availability to support weekend operations during production releases or implementations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Good understanding of banking and financial domains.
- Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial instruments (e.g., Treasury, FX, Bonds, Money Market, Credit).
- Exposure to capital markets front-office/back-office systems (e.g., Calypso, Kondor+, Summit, Murex).
- Ability to work independently and proactively deliver beyond assigned tasks using best practices.
- Strong willingness to learn both functional and technical domains.
- Interest in staying updated with technical trends and industry communities.

Education Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as IT or Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
