We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading banking organization and support strategic business transformation, regulatory, and technology-driven initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of stakeholder management, business analysis, solutioning, and change delivery experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for new business demands requiring technology or operational enablement.
- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and operations stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate discussions to understand business objectives, priorities, and challenges.
Business Analysis & Solutioning
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop high-level solution recommendations and assess feasibility against business objectives.
- Evaluate initiatives based on scalability, maintainability, operational impact, cost, and risk considerations.
- Work closely with architecture, technology, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with organizational strategies.
Change Delivery & Project Support
- Support project planning, implementation, and business readiness activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review testing strategies and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify project risks, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure smooth implementation of business and technology changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Consulting.
- Strong experience in Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
- Proven experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and driving solution delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Understanding of banking operations, technology processes, and regulatory environments.
- Experience working on transformation, regulatory, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
