Job Description

Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract

Please note: Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading banking organization and support strategic business transformation, regulatory, and technology-driven initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of stakeholder management, business analysis, solutioning, and change delivery experience within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for new business demands requiring technology or operational enablement.
  • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and operations stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand business objectives, priorities, and challenges.

Business Analysis & Solutioning

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Develop high-level solution recommendations and assess feasibility against business objectives.
  • Evaluate initiatives based on scalability, maintainability, operational impact, cost, and risk considerations.
  • Work closely with architecture, technology, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with organizational strategies.

Change Delivery & Project Support

  • Support project planning, implementation, and business readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review testing strategies and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify project risks, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of business and technology changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Consulting.
  • Strong experience in Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and driving solution delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Understanding of banking operations, technology processes, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience working on transformation, regulatory, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
