The Package Health Business Analyst (APTD) will serve as the Product Owner for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites. This role focuses on requirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution, and system adoption, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The analyst will also act as a advocate for new system adoption, including MES and AI-enabled solutions, driving value realization and upskilling across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Ownership & Product Governance (APTD Package Health)
Act as the Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.
Consolidate and rationalize Package Health requirements to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability.
Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and business value.
Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.
2. Project & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives)
Own end-to-end project execution for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across multiple sites and stakeholders.
Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
Prepare regular project status updates, decision briefs, and escalation summaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-Functional Solution Alignment
Act as the primary Product Owner interface between APTD and ETD for solution design, prioritization, and delivery.
Translate APTD business needs into system-level requirements for platforms such as PADK, eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools.
Participate in solution and architecture reviews to ensure functional fit, data integrity, scalability, and usability.
Support harmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.
4. New System Adoption & Advocacy
Drive adoption of new and existing systems, including MES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.
Plan and execute rollout activities: stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments.
Act as a site and user advocate, collecting feedback and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value.
Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and benefits realization post-deployment.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst, in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated experience in product ownership and project management, including backlog management, planning, and execution tracking.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.
Experience working with MES, manufacturing data platforms, or analytics ecosystems.
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.
Experience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
