Provides general assistance in the maintenance of Tang Plaza, Orchard
Carries out routine inspection and servicing of Tang Plaza's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities
Provide technical assistance
Check and identify building defects
Response in any form of emergency breakdown
Ordering spare parts, lightings and paints from suppliers
Ensure and check inventory is sufficient and up to date
Coordinate and assist supervisor in A&A works
Submit and report job status or defects to supervisor
Coordinate and liaise with contractors
Coordinate and liaise with the technicians from the two subsidiary proprietors
Perform and complete tasks given by supervisor
Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
2 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
