Job Summary
This role will assist in the effective building maintenance of the property.
Job Description
- Supervise contractors on contractual maintenance work and ad hoc works.
- Execute maintenance and replacement of plant, equipment and systems according to master schedule.
- Facilitate tenants in their fit-out works and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
- Execute energy conservation and other cost control measures.
- Lead and supervise a team of Senior/ Maintenance Technicians in executing M&E and building maintenance services to ensure functional aspect of the centre.
- Plan, organise and control assignment given to technicians.
- In charge and control of stocks for maintenance use items.
- Take charge of maintenance equipment use by the technicians.
- Create Purchase Requisitions on SAP system and arrange for purchases of M&E items.
- Track the expenditure for the Building's operations and ensure that it is within maintenance budget.
- Ensure timely submission of Management reports in the area of maintenance, and adhoc reports as and when assigned.
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Key Qualification
- Min Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
- Min 3 years of relevant experience, in similar supervisory role
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Poses good sense of responsibility and urgency
- A team player
- Able to perform work beyond standard working hours when required
- Conversant in both spoken and written English
