Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Senior Brand Manager, Production Manager, or Assistant Marketing Manager at ASCE Orange County. The role includes overseeing brand strategy and management, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating production workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities encompass budget management, content development, stakeholder communication, as well as strategic planning and implementation to promote ASCE's mission. A combination of office presence and remote work is expected.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in brand management, marketing strategy development, and campaign execution
- Strong project management skills, including production planning, meeting deadlines, and resource coordination
- Proficiency in creative communication, content development, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with social media strategy, digital marketing, and data analytics
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to effectively manage teams and promote a shared vision
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in non-profit organizations or industries related to engineering or infrastructure is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to operate in a hybrid working environment
