Job Description

  • Design and implement strategies to elevate the customer experience throughout the eCommerce journey.
  • Track sales performance and key metrics, using data analysis to identify gaps and drive improvements.
  • Establish streamlined processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, preferences, and pain points, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Assess promotional campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize impact.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or excess.
  • Oversee customer account management and support, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Develop cost-reduction strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline workflows.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years experience in eCommerce or operations management
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and best practices
  • Skilled in data analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Adaptable, results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities
