Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels (online and offline).
Plan and coordinate brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure effective brand execution.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
Manage marketing materials, including POSM, brochures, digital content, and social media assets.
Monitor brand performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Support event planning, tastings, trade shows, and consumer engagement activities.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and campaign execution.
Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or alcohol/spirits industry is an advantage.
Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Japanese-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
