Senior BIM Designer

. Setting up the framework for drawing production

. Prepare CAD Drawings and BIM models

. Provide leadership in guiding the junior designers on drawing and BIM model production

Requirements:

. ITE/ Diploma from recognized institution

. Preferably with minimum 6 years of civil/ structural experience in engineering design consulting.

. Those with a BIM certificates or diploma will have added advantage.

. Those with good working knowledge on BIM production from a contractor's background would be favourably considered.

. Good leadership skills.

. Ability to harness BIM software/tools to improve productivity and an open mind in exploring different BIM tools.

. Good and proven cadfile / model management skills

. Able to understand and appreciate the importance of workflow in drawings production

. Able to interpret design intent and translate into CAD or BIM

. Able to work under pressure with good time management skill
