We're now looking for a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator to play a leading role in that process.

This is a senior, highly visible position for someone who combines deep BIM expertise with leadership, clarity and confidence. You'll sit at the heart of project delivery guiding teams, owning model quality, and ensuring Foster + Partners BIM standards are applied consistently across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

The opportunity

As a Senior BIM & Design Systems Coordinator, you'll act as a senior point of contact for BIM across your project teams, leading information management, owning model quality, and ensuring delivery teams are optimised for working in Revit and associated design technologies.

You'll take responsibility for coordinated models, data, reports and documentation while mentoring BIM Coordinators and supporting the wider architectural team with training, workflows and best practice.

This is not a background support role. You'll be embedded within live projects, liaising directly with client BIM representatives and stakeholders, shaping project strategy, and ensuring contractual BIM commitments are met with minimal risk to Foster + Partners.

You'll also work closely with the Central BIM team to help evolve standards, processes and methodologies across the practice contributing to continuous improvement and technical innovation.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as senior BIM lead within project teams, owning model quality and coordination
• Leading information management processes across projects
• Organising, configuring and maintaining BIM project datasets and deliverables
• Leading Revit project production and advanced content creation
• Ensuring Foster + Partners BIM standards, methods and workflows are consistently applied and communicated
• Running clash detection in Navisworks and producing clear coordination outputs
• Delivering mentoring and high-quality training on BIM software and methodologies
• Supporting BIM & Design Systems Leads and developing junior team members
• Liaising with Client BIM representatives and wider stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data transfer
• Managing QA/QC procedures across projects
• Supporting contractual BIM delivery and minimising project risk
• Identifying opportunities for workflow and process enhancement
• Providing technical support for BIM software and project delivery technologies
• Communicating updates to standards and procedures across project teams
• Balancing multiple projects while maintaining consistently high technical standards
