Senior / BIM Coordinator (Electrical/ Mechanical)

About Company:
Our client has been established since 1903 and their headquarters is in Osaka city. Their focus has been in building service engineering and installation provider for various sectors such as electrical, air conditioning and sanitary environments.

Job Description:
- Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details
- Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing
- Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit software
- Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings
- To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent / Specialist Diploma in BIM
- Minimum 3 - 8 years relevant experience
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience in Revit, able to draw from scratch would be ideal

Compensation:
- Office location: Central Site location: Toa Payoh / Bedok
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4.45pm / 8.30am to 5.15pm
