Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements
Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes
Prepared construction drawings, shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
Assist in BIM coordination and attend monthly meetings with clients and consultants.
Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools
Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes
Perform all duties in accordance with company's policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, or a related field
Preferably with at least 5 years experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling works
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proficient in Auto CAD/Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure MEP
Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations
