Senior Bartender

Job Descriptions:

• Mix, prepare, and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Handle interactive, tableside drink preparations directly in front of guests.
• Manage the daily setup of the bar, including preparing garnishes, ice, syrups, and clean glassware.
• Monitor bar inventory, track stock levels, and report restocking needs to management.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas.
• Process beverage orders efficiently and coordinate with the floor staff to ensure prompt drink delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, or Italian concept.
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wines (knowledge of Italian aperitivos and liqueurs is a strong plus).
• Comfortable engaging with guests directly and performing tableside drink preparations with confidence.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, eve of public holidays, and public holidays.
