Senior Bartender/Assistant Bar Manager

This isn't your regular cocktail bar. We're built on family-style hospitality, great energy, and memorable experiences - creating a space where guests come not just for drinks, but for the people and atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve drinks

• Host and engage guests with warmth and personality

• Run food and floor service smoothly

• Work side by side with the owners to manage the place

• Deliver thoughtful, guest-first hospitality every shift

Team Culture

Everyone shares the same core responsibilities and rotates roles weekly - from hosting, bartending, to leading the floor. You will be working closely with the Founders of the company to learn and grow together, and to be a part of something new.

Working Hours

Operating hours may run till 1AM-2AM depending on service and events.

Remuneration Package

Salary: $3,400-$3,800 based on experience

Performance and team incentives, including service charge bonus.

Final Note

• Food Hygiene Certificate is mandatory.
