Senior Barista

Job Summary
You will support daily front-of-house and preparing beverages per SOP, assisting customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee for customers, calibrate espresso and prepare espresso based and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes

• Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and coffee makers.

• Ensure tidiness of working areas and perform routine deep cleaning of machinery when necessary

• Steam and texture milk to create a velvety texture for latte art.

• Other front-of-house responsibilities not limited to seating customers, cashiering and serving

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a barista

• Knowledge and experience of specialty coffee including pour over preparation, latte art and calibrating.

• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work during weekends/PH.
