Job Description

Bread & Pastry Production - Prepare, bake, and decorate breads and pastries to quality standards.
Recipe Management - Follow standard recipes, adjust when needed, and develop new products.
Quality Control - Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Inventory & Ordering - Monitor ingredients, check stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
Team Supervision - Guide junior bakers, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training.
Hygiene & Safety - Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
Operations Support - Assist in scheduling, production planning, and meeting daily output targets.
