Job Description:

Responsible for the development and maintenance of banking systems, ensuring their stability and performance.
Collaborate closely with product managers to design and implement product features that support and enhance bank systems.
Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code, following engineering best practices to ensure long-term reliability and scalability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience developing distributed Java systems for industries such as internet finance, e-commerce, payments, or credit.
Proficient in commonly used programming languages, such as Golang, Python, C++, or Java.
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, Networking, Operating Systems, and other core Computer Science principles.
Familiar with widely used databases like MySQL.
Experienced with essential middleware technologies, including Redis and Kafka.
Knowledgeable in Kubernetes (K8S) and Microservice Architecture.
Proficient in HTTP/TCP protocols.
Familiar with data formats such as XML, JSON, and Protocol Buffers.
Experienced with Distributed Systems, Performance Tuning, handling massive concurrency, and implementing caching mechanisms.
Prior experience in the Fintech domain is strongly preferred.
