A fast-growing AI start-up is looking for a Senior Backend Developer (JAVA) to join their team.

Your new role

• Architected distributed systems handling 10M+ traffic with high-concurrency and fault-tolerant design.
• Built cloud-native, highly available services using Kubernetes and Spring Cloud with circuit-breaking strategies.
• Integrated AI capabilities, including RAG and recommendation engines, into core application layers.
• Led AI-driven refactoring of business modules to enhance scalability and performance.
• Optimized distributed storage (Redis, Kafka) and strengthened microservice governance for reliability.
• Implemented engineering efficiency systems and AI coding tools to improve code quality and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years experience in Java development experience with expertise in scalable, concurrent architecture and performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Spring Cloud Alibaba (Nacos, Sentinel) and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deep knowledge of network programming (TCP/IP, HTTP/2), multithreading, and JVM tuning for high-performance systems.
• Successfully led multiple mid-to-large scale projects, focusing on business abstraction and robust system design.
• Hands-on experience in AI application development, including LLM integration, RAG systems, and intelligent solutions like recommendation and risk control.
