Job Description
- Serve as escalation authority for Azure and AliCloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot advanced hybrid connectivity issues.
- Manage AKS and ACK cluster lifecycle operations.
- Optimize subscription governance and access controls.
- Monitor and control cloud cost optimization initiatives.
- Validate disaster recovery and failover readiness.
- Review and optimize firewall and routing configurations.
- Coordinate vendor escalations with cloud providers.
- Support capacity planning and workload optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security baselines.
- Assist during audits and compliance reviews.
- Mentor L2 Cloud Engineers.
- Review technical implementation plans.
- Support automation initiatives.
- Maintain updated documentation and SOPs.
