We are seeking an experienced Senior Axiom Developer to join our Regulatory Reporting and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining AxiomSL (Axiom ControllerView) regulatory reporting solutions. You will play a key role in delivering highquality financial, risk, and regulatory reporting capabilities while working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AxiomSL regulatory reporting modules using Axiom ControllerView.
- Build and optimize data models, data sources, transformations, and report templates.
- Implement regulatory reporting frameworks such as APRA, Basel, IFRS, LCR, NSFR, PRA, MAS, or other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of reporting data.
- Enhance and optimize existing AxiomSL workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Support end-to-end testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Produce technical documentation and maintain configuration standards.
- Provide support for production issues, enhancements, and releases.
- Work within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Min 6+ years of hands-on experience with AxiomSL (ControllerView).
- Strong expertise in building data sources, data dictionaries, transformations, workflows, and report objects.
- Solid experience with SQL, relational database design, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (APRA, Basel III/IV, statistical reporting, credit risk, liquidity, capital, etc.).
- Proven experience in ETL concepts, data integration, and data quality management.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify issues, and apply appropriate fixes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
