Senior Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium (Web) and Appium (Mobile)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product) to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Identify, report, and track defects with detailed documentation
• Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Enhance existing frameworks for better reusability, scalability, and performance
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar tools)
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation standards

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Mobile Automation using Appium (Android/iOS)
• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java
• Good understanding of TestNG / JUnit frameworks
• Experience in framework design (Hybrid / Page Object Model / Data-Driven)
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman / Rest Assured – good to have)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
• Good to have- Banking domain experience.
