Job Description

Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Senior Auditor Compliance within our pioneering audit function, where you will learn state of the art audit methodologies. In this role, you will perform audit work to ensure that risks are optimally mitigated in the Compliance function, specifically focusing on KYC/AML area. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership by implementing the audit programs and to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery against agreed timeframes. The audits will involve a variety of topics across the AML/FCC function, which will provide an opportunity to be a trusted advisor and partner with major business and support functions.

As part of the team, you will have access to advanced auditing capabilities and will also have the opportunity to grow your understanding of the Bank by working on a wide range of different global and local audits.

Your skills and experience

Ideally, you hold an undergraduate degree. CPA or ACAM qualifications would be advantageous.

Familiar with APAC AML related regulations and guidelines, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia.

AML control-related experience including onboarding, periodic review, screening and surveillance activities is preferred.

Experience in using data analytics for audit planning and execution

Familiarity with Private Banking and Investment Banking compliance related controls (i.e., pricing, Volcker etc) will be an advantage

At least 5 years of relevant work experience relating to audit, accountancy or in the financial industry is advantageous

You have an understanding of risk and how controls can mitigate those risks while being commercial

Your outstanding analytical skills and precision in delivery, when paired with an understanding of regulatory topics sets you apart

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and can present in a simple and concise way

You are an avid learner and a dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude

Your outstanding interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines

You are keen to work in an inclusive environment and excel at collaborating in a global team
