What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide personalised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid technologies to improve patient outcomes
  • Deliver follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure optimal hearing performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and care
  • Contribute to clinic growth through community outreach and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology from a recognised institution
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Exposure to a retail hearing care environment will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
