Senior Assurance Manager
Job Description:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of products to portfolio of clients
- Deliver high standards of service and professional financial advice
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted with the highest standards and quality. Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements
- Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and maximizing revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales.
- Sales driven and willing to work hard for your income and goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, market trends, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Attractive Income, the package consists of base salary + fixed cash allowances (mobile and transport) + quarterly commission + yearend bonus.
- Staff will be provided with leads and they don't need to do the prospecting by themselves.
