Senior Associate – Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services
Salary budget: SGD 4,500 – 5,400 per month

Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will support engagement managers in delivering accounting, financial reporting, and reporting system solutions for clients across diverse industries, including financial services.
You will gain hands-on exposure to complex transactions, reporting frameworks, and finance technology projects, enabling you to build strong technical expertise and implementation experience.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex accounting challenges, driving system improvements, and working in dynamic, project-based environments with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting Systems & Implementation- Implement new accounting and reporting standards into client systems, models, controls, and operational processes
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for reporting system implementation, including consolidation, FP&A, and reporting tools
- Drive reporting process improvements and automation initiatives
2. Finance Function Support- Assist clients in preparing financial statements, including carve-outs, pro forma statements, and complex disclosures
- Support financial close processes, including complex accounting calculations, invoice processing, and payments
3. Transaction & IPO Support- Support structuring of financial transactions and product features from an accounting and reporting perspective
- Assist clients in IPO and capital markets activities, including:
- Developing accounting policies and documentation
- Enhancing reporting processes and system automation
4. Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting- Provide technical accounting advisory across IFRS and various GAAP frameworks
- Support implementation of standards such as IFRS 9 and other emerging requirements
- Review and validate Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models and methodologies
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Accounting advisory
- Statutory audit
- Financial reporting
- (Experience in a public accounting firm or financial institution preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
