Senior Associate (Supplier Partnership)

The Senior Associate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of suppliers. This role will involve working with various datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making related to supplier relationships and joint business planning (JBP).

Key Responsibilities:

. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Extract, clean, and analyze data related to supplier performance, sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.

Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in supplier performance.

. Supplier Performance Tracking:

Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support the JBP process by providing data-driven insights and performance tracking.

Track YTD performance for suppliers.

. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with procurement, category management, and other teams to ensure alignment on supplier performance objectives.

Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Liaise with suppliers to address performance issues and drive improvement.

. Data Management:

Work with Data teams to maintain and update databases and systems related to supplier performance data.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supplier performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, data analysis tool (e.g. Tableau)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Team player who is resourceful and able to work independently
