Responsibilities:
- . Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.
- Assist Project Lead in project administration and design issues.
- Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare schedules (using Microsoft project or equivalent is preferred) and monitor project milestones.
- Track project deliverable and ensure projects are completed within budget and meets an acceptable quality standard.
- Ensure timely submission to all deadline commitment.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants on all specific design, building requirement and code compliance.
- Coordinate all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping, etc) from design stage to completion.
- Document, control and manage issuances of changes.
- Manage contractual issues.
- Oversee progress of on-site work and resolve any arising design issue.
- Develop client relationship.
Requirements: .
- Graduated with a Degree or Masters in Architecture
- Possess 8 years or more working experience, 5 of which should be with transit and rail experience - ether in underground metro station planning or MRT/ LRT / bus depot planning.
- Competent in REVIT
- Be a Qualified Person (QP) is preferred
