Role: Senior Associate, Operations

Role Overview
Our client, a well established boutique asset management who manages assets in excess of USD10bn, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join their Operations team, with a primary focus on investor-related matters and supporting the sales function. The role will involve day-to-day investor servicing, data management, reporting, and coordination across various stakeholders and platforms to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal business units and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate investor support.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and follow through on investor issues and service requests to ensure effective resolution.
- Main point of contact responsible for coordinating and supporting the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and operational due diligence (ODD) requests.
- Maintain and update investor and platform data including but not limited to PPM, factsheets, KIIDS, PRIIPs, and other funds related documentation.
- Prepare and review investors reports and performance updates
- Liaise with distributors on distribution fee matters, reporting requirements, and related operational queries.
- Maintain and reconcile investor trackers and databases.
- Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, focusing on strengthening controls, improving accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency.
- Provide support to the daily operation and management of the Firm's investment funds.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund operations or investor servicing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when addressing client queries, change requests, and escalations.
- Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with fund reporting, investor reporting, or platform operations would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
- Possess a keen interest in innovation and actively explore new ideas, particularly in leveraging AI tools to enhance business support and operational efficiency across our expanding platform.
