About the Candidate
We are looking for a lawyer with more than 3 years of post-qualification experience in cross-border and private M&A, ideally gained at a top-tier or international firm. You will have strong academic credentials, excellent technical and drafting skills, and a commercial mindset. The role requires a client-focused and collaborative approach, with the ability to work across jurisdictions. A proactive attitude, sound legal analysis, and interest in business development are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
