About the Role
This role will sit in Singapore, at our organisation's regional headquarters. This role owns how M-DAQ brands show up online every day, across social and web.
Your mandate is to create and scale high-quality content on social platforms and websites that builds credibility, drives inbound interest, and compounds over time. You will make sure that our websites work as growth engines, not static brochures.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Ownership:
- Design and implement social media strategy for all our social media handles to align with business goals
- Own the content calendars end-to-end across all priority channels
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. social posts, blogs, videos, newsletters)
- Scale content production using AI tools without sacrificing quality (repurposing, formats, series, templates)
- Turn complex fintech topics (FX, payments, treasury, APIs) into clear, compelling content
- Adapt content by platform instead of copy-pasting the same thing everywhere
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Research social trends, track what's working, what's not, and evolve fast
Website Ownership:
- Own day-to-day website content updates for core and regional websites
- Ensure content is structured for discoverability (search + AI-led discovery)
- Continuously optimise pages for clarity, conversion, and AEO
- Partner with design, dev, and growth teams on landing pages and campaigns
Inbound traffic Optimisation (AEO, SEO)
- Own on-page fundamentals (structure, semantic content and keywords, internal linking, metadata)
- Identify content opportunities based on intent and buyer questions
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and engagement trends
- Use data to prioritise what gets promoted, updated, or killed
Requirements
- 47 years managing social media and content for B2B or fintech brands
- Strong editorial judgment and taste.
- Familiarity with Linkedin , WeChat content dynamics and Chinese-speaking audiences
- Solid grasp of SEO basics, content-led inbound growth and content ops
- Ability to operate independently at both strategy and execution level
- Comfort working with fast-moving teams
