About the Role
A regional investment organization focused on real assets is expanding its presence across Asia-Pacific. The team invests in, develops, and manages large-scale projects across multiple markets, and is strengthening its regional investment function.
Responsibilities
- Support investment evaluation, due diligence, and execution for greenfield and brownfield projects across the region.
- Assist in financial modelling, profitability analysis, and preparation of investment materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (risk, legal, tax, accounting) and external stakeholders for smooth deal execution.
- Contribute to project development and monitoring activities with local partners and service providers.
- Support senior team members in implementing the investment strategy and tracking portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field CFA/CAIA/FRM a plus.
- 6+ years experience in investment management, transaction advisory, or infrastructure/real assets.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams and manage deadlines.
- Fluent in English regional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are advantageous.
