Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Ownership: Align workforce planning with business unit strategic goals to ensure optimal talent deployment
  • Talent Development: Drive the growth and development of employees and people managers through innovative and targeted initiatives.
  • Transform Human Capital Practices: Design human capital practices to ensure the organization is future-ready and agile,
  • Rearchitect roles and tasks to skill based
  • Training Facilitation: Design and co-facilitate impactful training programs (leadership) that enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Learning Material Development: Create comprehensive and engaging learning materials to support various training initiatives.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives to ensure they meet organizational objectives and drive continuousimprovement.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to support employee growth and career development.
  • Career Mapping: Develop and implement career mapping strategies to help employees navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals.
  • Talent Development Project Management: Oversee and manage talent development projects to ensure successful execution and alignment withorganizational goals.
  • Foster a Learning Culture: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance organizational capability and employee engagement.
  • Execution of HR activities
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive andinnovative.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Developing knowledge of HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Developing knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Developing expertise in performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement techniques.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection methods to attract and retain top talent.
  • Displays ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Good communication and influencing skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Developing proficiency in managing organizational change and leading change initiatives.
  • Displays ability to make informed and data-driven decisions that impact HR and organizational outcomes.
  • Displays skills in using HR data and metrics to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
